the "rumored" iPhone SDK
You wrote, "Apple is rumored to be releasing an iPhone software development kit (SDK) within the next couple of months…"
Since when is a public statement made by a company on their website relegated to the status of rumor?
Apple publicly stated back in October:
We want native third party applications on the iPhone, and we plan to have an SDK in developers' hands in February.
Source: http://developer.apple.com/iphone/devcenter/third_party_apps.php
Why would you classify that as a rumor?
