1. If you take issue with the results then find a way to participate in the study.
2. Everyone sacrifices including Executives and CEO's. The past 2 privately owned companies I have worked for both of the Presidents have been divorced. They both started the companies and sacrificed their own $$.
3. We work in an open market system: Your value is what someone is willing to pay you. Get over it!! If that is $50,000,000 or $50,000. You can not hold that against anyone. I suspect that if someone offered you $20,000,000 a year you would not turn them down based on the fact that you feel you weren't "worth" it.
4. If you don't like what you are paid and like what exec's are paid become an executive.
5. If women are smart and left for better paying jobs and you are still in IT complaining about your pay...Does that make you the opposite of smart?
