Did you guys even read the manual? Seriously!!

"We found the KBoxes lacked antimalware tool integration, virtual machine management, remote control, mobile device management, USB port management and backup/recovery features. "

We have had the kbox for 36 days, and it had revolutionized our deployment and control of machines. The integration with the Helpdesk and the Inventory is a great way to track trouble tickets down to the asset level. Most importantly is we do use the USB port management, and the VNC remote device management tool right off the inventory and asset screens. This was one of the first things we did when we loaded the clients and it reported all of our assets. Yes learning curve is a little cumbersome, but if you do the jumpstart program, it gets you up and going fast. My one complaint is the search features. 100 or all.
I would like to be able to hit next 100, then next 100.
We also use the backup feature to back up to our san.
I would like to address your assessment of "provisioning of our clients". Remember that Kace is going after a mid-market clientele. This is why we considered them. Maybe the Provisioning of clients is a little slow, but it’s great for the band width we have and for the topology of our network. This is true, Especially since we run voice, data, and video across our network. In my opinion, if you’re going to review something, get the facts straight. It’s really good fit for us and the price is really good for all the stuff it does.
