If the dummies whose PCs have been hijacked by all these worms were jolted into awareness that everyone should be running effective anti-spyware/virus software, the internet wouldn't be getting hammered by more spam than ever before. So why aren't the ordinary mass media doing reports on this instead of their "Cat up a tree" stories?
