$54million reduces credibility
I agree there are significant issues with how BestBuy didn't support this customer, but $54Million??? What is her lawyer smoking? Or is that an attempt to beat the $6M lawsuit against a dry cleaner? I know that things are expensive in D.C. but let's get real folks.
As soon as they float these types of numbers out there, the credibility of their issues get overlooked and that is where we lose the potential for real progress.
Just my thoughts. By the way - anyone heard about "What is it when 100 lawyers go over a cliff in a bus?" “A start.” I know it's an old joke but increasingly poignant.
