Join A Class Action Suit against Unethical BestBuy behavior
Please add my name to the class suit list as I am also a victim of BestBuy unethical business. In December 2006, BestBuy refused to replace my 2005 laptop I bought on Nov. 25, 2006. As of today, BestBuy have failed to replace my laptop and AC adaptor for severe overheating problem. HSBC BestBuy online system has blocked me to pay my HSBC BestBuy credit card but force BestBuy card holder to pay $15.00 fee for rush payment online.. In order to avoid a late fee of $29.00,I have had to use Priority Mail or certified mail with return receipt to send my check to HSBC BestBuy 5 or 7 days ahead of my due date.
