I think this is an issue that needs to be clarified by the courts and in Washington. I don't know nearly enough to have an opinion either way. I'd love to sit down with someone impartial and have this issue explained to me in plain language.
It seems to me that this is one of those issues that arise as technology and businesses evolve, and as I said, this is the job of government legislation and the courts to decide and set some kind of precedent for.
I'll be interested to watch this case. I wish it was possible to watch something like this case live on the Internet or on TV.
