I am in the Contact Center industry, and our Company is based in Africa, I think the voice to text is a briliant idea, and further more it will open doors for employment in third world litrate countires such as Kenya, which is really growing. But the problem is that payment mode is really poor and trust is lessening because alot of companies that cut deals with Vonage or Alltel can afford to under pay or even not pay at all. All I am saying is that this is bad for business, no matter how small some one might think this countries are, at the end of the day, they are the ones delivering service.
