I have just one expectation and that is to always have available the bandwidth that I’m paying for. This is like buying an airplane ticket, having it in hand, only to find out the seating was over sold. Don’t give me that! How many other countries, that got onto the internet bandwagon after it was pioneered in America, have fiber optic right up to their business or home? It’s never going to be common place in America, is it. Don’t allow ISP’s to throttle and maybe the customer will get the bandwidth that was promised to be there 24/7 instead of less because some ISP thinks it’s ok to advertise one thing and then to deliver something less. If other countries can provide high bandwidth continually then it doesn’t make sense it can not be like that here in America.
