Why do you judge?
Sometimes job loss is not due to laziness, but the unfortunate circumstances of poor management and business practices.
Have you ever thought that being in a poorly managed business could lead to laziness due to the lack of encouragement and investment of their employees? or in some cases there could just be a lack of work?
There is much blame to go around from the individual level to company to government level. The ridicule that you have made shows a very disturbing trend in our own culture of selfishness.
Judge not less you be judged, for you to shall be judged by same weight and same measure. I hope this snippet of Biblical scripture reminds us all to be better people and not to judge others.
