Experience as Entry level IT with fellow employees from TCS
I work for a non-profit insurance company and, of course, we use contractors from india for our development and QA. They are payed considerably less, and are easy to get rid of if they don't perform. There is constantly a flow of new hires. As for performance, they seem to know there stuff, and as a whole are very nice and polite. They all car-pool together in the morning and leave together at night. The only real complaint I've heard about them is that they consistently ask for 2 or 3 times as much time to work on projects as American counterparts. I'm not sure if this is a common problem, but I thought I would put my 2 cents in.
