No need to play guessing games anymore -- Yahoo really doesn't want Microsoft to buy it. On Saturday, Ballmer sent Yang an open letter that demanded Yahoo rollover or Microsoft will march in and take over -- lowering its price in the process.
On Monday, Yahoo gives Microsoft a nice, fat raspberry. Thing is -- what chance does Yahoo have of fending off a hostile move by Microsoft? Yahoo shareholders will likely vote to take the money and run, rather than hang out as an independent company and do battle with Google/Goliath.
