What is wrong with these people? I know that the modern CEO has no heart, but have they no brain either? Anyone who's watched old movies knows that subpoenas are served in person, usually by surprise, so there is a witness who verifies the delivery! This just goes to show you that many American CEOs are paid far too much for far too little. They need to be fired and and have their salaries refunded back to their employers.
