It is great that XP SP3 has finally arrived and even better that Microsoft has made upgrading to it completely optional for the next few weeks. Corporate customers can get a chance to check it against legacy applications before it starts showing up en masse on desktops. Interestingly, Windows Vista SP1, still hasn't come out of its manual WU mode, either.
