In at least one case, the vendor (you know, the people who WROTE THE PROGRAM) said the problem is with virtualization. Here's a thought for you, unless it's too much for your brain to handle: Both products work fine WHEN NOT VIRTUALIZED, and don't work WHEN VIRTUALIZED.
