This discussion of identity theft seems to always linked to financial activities / bank accounts. However, I think there is much more to identities & identity theft than simply banking matters.
It would be interesting for you to explore the topic of identity theft to that segment of (US) population without a bank account. Do they suffer from identity theft? Any lessons learned? Or are they just as subject to becoming victims?
