I cancelled Sprint after 3+
I cancelled Sprint after 3+ years with them a few years back. Customer service was horrible, I was usually put on hold for 30+ minutes just to get through. I got used to just putting my speaker phone on whenever I needed to call. Then I stopped even to try a call. Though didn't bother to switch to other carriers either, as long as my phone was still working. Until the bars in my phone decreased to 2 then none after I moved to a new town, it was time to call it quit, 3 year too late.
