SP3 breaks Office
We just finished deploying XP SP3 to most of our NoCal PC's. It broke Office 2007 Pro on the two of three systems running XP and Office Pro 07, and also one engineers Office 2000. Removal of SP3 has been the only thing that has allowed these people to continue working.
On the Office 07 installs it appeared to damage the authenticated files. Some of the errors pointed to Hybrid Office 07...
Haven't seen many instances of this in the trade journals. And the three involved today were all power users. But still.....
