I've had good luck with SimpleDNS.com on Windows Server
I've had good luck with SimpleDNS.com on Windows Server. I don't have tons of traffic, but I do have a few hundred domains in my two Internet nameservers. The new version of Simple DNS is even quicker supposedly, because it runs on SQL Server.
The same company has a Simple Failover product that works with Simple DNS as well.
