Hey - you are a Helm fan and there is nothing wrong with that (PS, I am not referring to the NITIX whatever that is, I assume that it is a competing product to HELM). There might be a category for your type of product, but it simply doesn't compare to the Sutus Business Central which is purpose built, has an ease of use and integration factor that is simply superior to, as you put it, 'tweeked open source and a simple GUI'.
I recommend that all readers do a thorough comparison, if you are looking for cheap, then buy cheap, if you are looking for something to add value to your business and lower your TOTAL costs then look for a solution that meets those needs and the Sutus Business Central small business appliance is likely going to do this for you (at least better than most other solutions).
