Out of Band authentication and remote network access

Have you guys heard about a little company called Alacrity Technologies out of Canberra--they have a patented technology called CLEW'Closed Loop Environment for Wireless.

Due to an event a indicator message is sent from the host server to the web enabled mobile device of the end user who then inputs a pin and password that loops back to the server. There it is cross referenced to the original message and upon validation opens up a link where the end user can view and interact with posted information. Gives the ability to communicate out of band at the same time as an original transaction is being conducted in band. Smart technology that has all sorts of areas of application--from financial to moving jos or confirming airline ticket. Gives mobility, security and compliance to a transaction as it identifies the person out of band before allowing the in band transaction to proceed
