Since I am a reseller of Nortel networking and data products, I was very curious in knowing the results of this study. The numbers mentioned above give me a very good idea of what the businesses and corporations are looking at in the future in terms of integration and unified communications. Unified communications will go a big way in improving an organizations efficiency and productivity but I personally feel the cost associated with the initial infrastructure investment is still a worry. Do you think Nortel's unified communication solutions offerings would play a vital part in the company's plans of integration? Is there any company (Nortel, Cisco) specific data available from the study?
