It's not like social
It's not like social networking sites are the only productivity drainers out there and I think that any employee who lets Facebook get in the way of their job would let anything else get in the way of their job if SN sites weren't available. Blocking SN sites just forces people to find other ways to waste their time, which they will. I'd rather be able to monitor the wasted time of my employees than wonder what they're doing.
