with interest I've read your post.
I am proposing a project to spread access in African local languages to content for rural development, through ICT.

The proposal is in process (slow) to be discussed within a European funded institution.

They ask for a test: I should be able to demonstrate that there are communities interested in translating content and interfaces in local languages!!!!

I would like to kinldy receive your reply, maybe, in private, you can provide some useful contacts, e.g. of the projects running in the universities you mentioned.
