comcast
The issue here as I see it is that COMCAST has violated the Privacy Law and many other legal constructs. I realize that with our current Emperor Bush the law has become almost ignored. When one can operate without a warrant, one is an Emperor. There is the prospect that the law, however, may become relevant again since the historical pattern (Rome -Julius, France, Russia, India, 1776) suggest that an Emperor does not rule forever, even with Karl Rove as an adviser.
