They throttle those too
Their "detection" algorithm is pretty brain dead. It looks for high-bandwidth, long-lived IP flows, and throttles them. Real problem for those of us using VPNs to move Virtual Machines around as we deploy new code to our hosting facilities. Took a lot of fighting with them on it to make an exception for my BUSINESS connection, because I also do use BT, mostly to get VM Templates from VMware community.
