I hope you are not slating PC Tools unfairly...as it has no relation to a hoax spyware doctor virus tojan that has been doing the rounds for ages now. It goes crazy over fake alerts and scares the unknowing into parting with their credit card details then it just downloads more junk. Combofix kills it.
