Although an interesting article, it started out by basically saying he's a 'one man show' although it sounds like all he really does is manage servers. Sure theres a lot of em, but with someone to manage the switch (only one?) and someone to manage the spam and antivirus side of the e-mail.. Plus he has programmers to consult with and watch things if he's gone... that really doesn't seem all that amazing to me.
