There is tendency to for your own reactions and the reactions of others to be heightened. I recntly got cut but with 8 weeks notice. I am trying to second guess others and they are trying to second guess me. I am being excluded from meetings and not turning up to ones where i am assuming i will be excluded. Transition out to nothing is difficult frankly :-) Be professional but accept you have left and your focus should now be somewhere else. I'm trying !
