Huh????
Confusing article at best. What does the Adoption bill proposed - 802.11n (in congress, I assume?) have to do with Computer stuff. While adoption agencies would rely on these systems, the article is unclear as to a direct connection to the adoption process. Will the bill help prospective parents adopt children sooner? Does it streamline the process? Neither question answered - just technical mish mosh which does not appear to have anything to do with adoptions. Please clarify to those of us on earth who do not speak your weird computer mumbo jumbo talk.
