All we can say about these numbers is that the reflect the answers of the IT professionals who voluntarily participated in the Web-based survey. For this somewhat self-selecting group (since some number of them were former or present BT consulting clients), the results are what they are.
We don't, and can't know, if this specific group is "scientific sample" that would accurately mirror U.S. IT priorities and decisions with regard to WLANS. So, it could be the case that the respondents are embracing 11n more enthusiastically than the U.S. wide enterprise market as a whole.
