zoho users... there is a new free contact manager and CRM offering... which also incorporates an online business network... www.octopuscity.com, for those of you that are interested, just thought i'd mention it.

I think there is overall a trending towards more free, online offerings. Zoho, www.octopuscity.com, and others are putting out there for free what most everyone else is still charging for. It's going to be a very different landscape soon I believe..
