The whole IT outsource canard has succeeded again. Corporate management can show bottom-line savings while passing along their overhead to IBM which absorbs the people, cuts their benefits and demands more work from everyone. The proud execs pat themselves on the backs and look approvingly towards to the investors, "aren't you proud of me?" they inquire. The game will be played out over and over again with the same bloodless ghouls demanding companies to cut, cut, cut while demanding more, more, more profits and returns.
