I agree with the responder; Jim doesn't get it.
An ADC is not a WAN accelerator. In the ADC space they have bought up most of the independent WAF vendors (Teros, NetContinuum, etc).
One device is for load balancing and securing web servers, another is for accelerating/optimizing private WANs; night and day.
