What ever happened to all the other people who used to play with the original netscape like me, we felt privacy and full control were at the top of hte list, why all this garbage, low quality, open doors for hacking through into our systems, why the lies about how secure a browser is, and how private it is? None have either security or privacy today, none offer any true protection except against only the most mouse challenged of computer users, and newbies online. The more simple the browser, the less vulnerable, the more complicated the more vulnerable. As options have expanded, so have the ways to hack into a system...

Personally I say F@&% them all, and time to crash the whole F^$%ing net and go back to low baud rate dial-up bbs's and share files, developing our own OS tools, back to those days it was a hobby.

No, I guess all the brains took up smoking crack with M Barry and B Obama, they just didn't make it onto the FBI hidden camera videos...

All this flash bs and activeX, java, php, etc may give some sort of pinash to a web page, for the most part it only eliminates any thread of privacy or security online.

After Windows 3.1 ms really started going downhill fast and hard, the time frame vs cpu speed for boot dramaticly increased, along with methods of attack and severity of outcome from attack, and not to mention time required to repair or reinstall...

I think spicing up the old win2 or 3 to handle 32 or 64 bit cpu and higher speeds may be the most secure method and least time consuming of all systems to run and maintain...
Might not have all the high end video and gaming crap, but then in the long run, thats all it is anyway.....
