Assassination should be the standard response of the United States secret government (read: CIA) for these types of criminals. I can't believe that we have no technical expertise located in these countries that cannot trace where this is happening and then kill these people with a well placed bullet to the forehead.

C'mon, unless we start to get real vicious, this won't stop.

We need to be very, very vicious, even to our own citizens in this country who are doing this.
