This is great news if it proves to be a reality. I live in rural Kenya and have found that my data is on a continual decline. I took me 5 minutes to download this page. When I call to Zain to complain they say they will forward the message to that department and someone will get back with me. I'm still waiting for the return phone call from the two complaint ago. Hhmmm!
