Would you trust an employee that worked for you in the past and decided to go to a competitor? I really understand that those people are fired after the acquisition! Netpro has no 100% overlap, I would say 95%. Both companys are leader in the Windows Management Market (Quest more than Netpro, because of their more complete portfolio around Exchange, SharePoint, SQL and IAM-Stuff)
