The Extreme marketing people seem to have forgotten the market leader in high performance high density. With both the BigIron and the NetIron you can have 128 x 10 Gb per chassis (non blocking / wirespeed) or 512 x 10 Gb with 1:4 oversubscription.
As far as I know you can build two of the chassis on top of each other for the height of a rack, so the "per rack" numbers should double again to 256x10G wirespeed or 1024x10G oversubscribed.
