I was at Trautman's brief. The regular Army and Marines have submitted almost two million sets of biometric data over the last five years compared to the 28K submitted by SOCOM. The 1722 positive matches (capture/kills) were actually 97% made from those other 2M submissions. SOCOM is good but don't give them all the credit for the work of a lot of conventional Soldiers and Marines with other tools like the BAT and HIIDE.
