All I can say is that they squandered a great opportunity by not focusing properly and not knowing how to navigate a tough industry. Add to that their mismanagement of people and you could see that they were headed in this direction. VCs are not the only ones to blame, but after raising so much money and showing so little in return this was to happen sooner or later...
