At best, SaaS and "Cloud Computing" constructs are for cash-strapped start-ups who can't afford to run their own internal IT department. You're at the mercy of of the SaaS provider and their IT department's competency, their Internet service provider and your Internet provider's services to perform your business-critical operations, which is utterly unacceptable for any business seriously trying to succeed.
