my router
thank you for getting back to me. The reason that I asked about those lights was because when both computers are off for the night, the local network lights go off as there supposed to do, but my wlan and lan continue to show activity. the router is a wire less unit, but the two computers are connected by either net cables, due to reception issues.
When road runner slows way down, I figured that some one has found a way to move in on our net work here, helping them selves to our signal
I figured that activitive lights ment un authorised
acess, after both computers have been powered down for the night.
thanks
