We are using backup exec with a Sony AIT tape library. After an upgrade the drive refused to work. The support engineer in India spent 8 hors with us finally saying there was nothing wrong with the backup software and that it must be the OS or the tape drive. One call to Sony, spoke with an American techincian within say about 30 seconds had us chane a registry setting in the backuo exec software. That was it. Its a horrible product stay away if you can.
