OK Paul (name not verified) Do you work for Symantec? How can you say it is a Sony problem when backup exec had a registry setting for the Sony library that was wrong. Also it worked with the previous version? Why should I spend thousands of dollars then many hours of my time on a product that simply does not work. Its time that the software companies are responsible for the products they produce.
I have recently upgraded to version 12 and that product is even worse.
