XO charts VoIP progress

I wonder if the numbers XO quotes are new customers or net numbers after disconnects? In other words, are more customers leaving than staying? They will tell you they have 4-5% churn, but insiders will tell you they add a few but lose a lot!

XO is terrible. Their management team needs to sell shoes or something. They dont know how to run a company, thats for sure! You would think that Carl Ichan would wise up and replace them all!
