Quite the stretch we're in when it comes to Internet viruses and worms. To help recap the events and get some ideas on how to protect one's network and PC, we spoke with a representative from Symantec about the recent outbreaks to get the latest news. (Listen to it: Real or Windows Media)
How'd we do it? Used a simple phone to RC-jack connector and plugged the audio into a laptop. Used SoundForge XP 4.5 to record the call, intro and endings in WAV files, as well as boost the audio levels. Then used Windows Media 9 Encoder and Real Helix Producer (basic version) to encode. Pretty simple.
