No surprises here. IT pros are saying that there is a problem justifying VOIP costs (ie. costs exceed perceived benefits), voice quality is likely to be worse than their current PBX, VOIP is less secure, less reliable and more support intensive.

The real question is 'what are the real, quantifiable benefits of VOIP'if any? Nobody in the VOIP game dares to ask that question.
