IBM/ISS GX6116 throughput question

Why does the IBM/ISS GX6116 datasheet state rated throughput of 5Gbps? This doesn't accurately reflect what you are reporting.

So does this thing have prime-time 10G IPS features like 10Gbps interface with built-in fail-safe NIC, and the ability to turn on IPS sigs at 15Gbps, or is this just marketing fluff?
