Already using Parallels, but find it clunky overall. Giving this beta of VMWare a spin.

The one thing I'm looking for is to be able to login to our Novell network from the XP virtual image. The Mac is already logged in (wireless) for web use. It would be good to flip over the the XP image to access network drives and groupwise.
